Show Points and Awards Program
DCROA - Awards Program
Draft Cross Registry of America offers year-end awards for high point riders in both the English and Western disciplines who have competed both locally and nationally. To qualify for this program all riders will need to register for this program with DCROA and keep The Registry updated on their monthly status from the shows throughout the year.
Disciplines of Hunter/Jumper, Eventing, Dressage, Halter, Speed Events, Reining, Western Pleasure, Working Cattle and Driving are only a few of the qualified events.
The Registry offers awards for local competitors (horses competing in Regional or State recognized associations and/or Shows) as well as for horses competing nationally.
To be eligible for year end awards, the owner must be a member in good standing with the registry and the horse must be entered as a Draft Cross on the show entry forms, with the exception of Breeding Stock Horses from other Breed Registries and they must mention Draft Cross as a 2nd on the entry forms. The owner must have also paid the nomination fee with the DCROA.
